Inner city fishmonger at Toowong has not only fresh seafood , a fish n chippery onsite . Had the calamari and was great . and array of fine cuisine frozen seafood such as eel . Brilliant service . Tables inside and outside and ocean decor . Only reason I gave 3 stars for ambience is that a few plants outside would be lovely and reconfiguring tables . Eg big large rectangular table to move from takeaway ordering area and put somewhere else to open up takeaway area

first time trying this joint down the road, ordered the lot bacon and egg burger, small chips, battered sav, seafood stick, gravy and 1.25 drink. I was small upset they didnt have any gravy or battered savs in stock :( however the burger was awesome, heaps of bacon, pretty sure i saw two eggs which were runny which is unreal, only small gripe i would say is i didnt taste much sauce but none the less tasted good as, small chip serving is super generous along with chicken salt, paid 22 dollars which is cheap in my opinion. bloke who served me was super generous aswell, made sure my order was correct before leaving the door :) overall great experience.

I honestly can't recommend this place higher for fresh fish and chips. It is now a go-to every time my wife and I come back to Brisbane from the Middle East as the fish and chips are always perfect. Cooked fresh and always on point - lots of selection and good deals such as their lunchtime specials and meal for 2 (see picture). The gentlemen who operate the store are always friendly and polite which adds to the enjoyment of the visit.

One the the few best places in town. Fresh seafood taste like it just out of the sea. Super friendly and quick service. Much more options compare with other fish&chips out there. I'm a very detailed person, the shop is very clean, not many seafood shop can get that clean out there. This is a indefinite 5 Stars Business. Love to support my local business!

7.3.2024 I visited for a quick lunch today. The St Helens Oysters and Salmon Sashimi were super fresh and delicious. The fish fillets looked so fresh. Our favourite buy here are the Oysters!
